Rates & Studio Policies:

• $50/ half-hour
• $100/hour

ONLINE LESSONS:

FOR THOSE WHO AREN’T IN THE THOUSAND OAKS AREA:
I am now offering lessons online through Skype and ichat so if you live out of the area or out of the country we can still connect.  Payment for online lessons can be made via Paypal. See the Internet Lessons Tab for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Please be advised that the Connected Voice Vocal Studio has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy:  If you need to cancel your lesson, you must do so at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson, or you will forfeit the lesson with no make-up lesson offered.  SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Lessons begin and end in the time allotted.  Please be prepared to come on time.
• If pre-paid lessons are cancelled within 24 hours there will be a make-up lesson offered within that month IF THERE IS AVAILABILITY – no guarantees.  Cancelled lessons will not be credited towards the next month.
• If the instructor cancels for any reason the lesson will be made up as convenient or will be credited towards the next month.

PREPAY OPTION:

Students who pay for 4 or more lessons at a time will receive a 10% discount off the total.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT INFO:

• For those who choose to pay for each lesson individually, please make arrangements to make your payment at the beginning of your lesson.
• Cash or checks are accepted.  Checks can be made out to: Noreen Smith or The Connected Voice Vocal Studio
• NOTE:  There will be a $25 charge for all NSF checks
